from what i hear some people get resutls some dont some get results on specific places and not work in other places for volfuline you cant be sure without trying idk about hydrocortisone you can also get permanent makeup for lips if its a big flaw of your no one will notice if really desperate, pls rep i need this

Hydrocortisone didn't work for me and i've been using it for a month now
It is very cheap tho you can try it if you want

What about upper eyelids

the only thing that can hide it is very long and thick eye lashes+ squinting and may be streaching but not recommended eg for lashes

same angle but upper looks like it has way more exposure and achievable through lattise, streaching may work if done correctly(works for me)
