#Vomer Pushing
The vomer is a bone connected to the maxilla behind the nose. By pushing the hard bone at the base of the nose upwards, we aim to move the vomer bone and maxilla, creating a better nose shape and improved under-eye support.
**Benefits**:
- **Better Nose Shape**
- **Improved Nasal Projection**
- **Enhanced Maxilla Portrayal**
**Routine**:
- **Duration**: 10 minutes every 3 hours.
- **Intensity**: High intensity.
**Technique**:
- Use your dominant thumb to push upwards on the hard bone at the base of your nose.
- Apply high intensity pressure. This might be painful for some people.
- You can push either externally or internally.
