I just got the quest 2 for a present its like 300 bucks. You don't even need a VR headset to play you just need a computer although its not fun without a headset imo

Yeah I made this post when I was a neet Hikimori a few months back it really does help. I was so bad I felt anxiety in the game because you can see people looking at you with digital avatars.


Did it for a month which gave me the courage to apply for an irl job. Basically it was the first time I had a conversation not through text in months that was longer then a few words. I would recommend it for people with bad anxiety. It is still hard at first I did fuck up and act weird. But overtime I got confident and realized mistakes would not kill me. Thats the trick once you internalize the idea that you can make mistakes things get easier
