VSP Surgical Planning TRIMAX made by Dr Pagnoni

9.5MM Maxilla Downgraft (I have severe SFS)
3MM Maxilla advancement
0.2MM mandible to match rotation
CW rotation
Dropdown genioplasty.

I consulted with Dr Pagnoni and sent him my CT scan full skull, where he made a VSP for to show me what i can look like post op trimax, i wanted to ask you guys if u think this is a good result or not, dr pagnoni didn’t want to give me more advancement on mandible due to me risking looking dogmaxxed after since im clearly not recessed at all.

vp isnt accurate for lips, he said that my lips will be normal post op. the way my lips look right now is because they are crushed together due to my sfs

If you don't have severe lip overclosure you might not be able to close your mouth post op because it's a pretty large vertical increase.

What you mean with teeth show? Relax state and zero teeth show ? I mean no matter whst you should go to atleast 2 other surgeons and get opionion on everything.

Doing atleast 3 consults before bimax is minimum because its so big procedure

i have 10.92cm GME measurement on skull, i probably have worse sfs than you 100%
