Tips on vyvanse dosing for low calories

5’10”, 148lbs, eating about 1200-1500cal.

40-60mG of vyvanse and this shit doesn’t work. I’m extremely low energy and low inhib. I can’t even fucking working. It gives me energy and cognition for about an hour then depletes and leaves me feeling like a low test estrogenic fuck.


Is the move to double the dose😈 or eat more 😞

don't compare shit bro compounds to stimulants
and yes its more stimulating if you get IR
Adderall prolly wont work for you since its the same way it works as vyvanse

Do u recommend bromontane then if im mixing it with stim?

Doesnt vyvanse have a slow release. I only could get adderall thru my doctor

Adderall is way better because it hits you instantly with straight amphetamine. Vyvanse, on the other hand, requires your body to go through a chemical process to convert it to amphetamine, and if you don’t have the right genes, it may not be as effective. I’m unfortunate to not get significant effects from Vyvanse. It makes me sleepy, lazy and unmotivated while raising my blood pressure and heart rate by a lot.

if you're 5 10 148lbs u need to bulk

If 60 mg dont work for you then amphetamines clearly dont work for you. Going up will just fry your prefrontal cortex.
Use methylphenidate

Amphetamines will work on anybody, it just needs to be methamphetamine and at the right dosage :p

Amphetamine speed up your metabolism while also using all of your existing bodily resources, so what you are doing is adding more gas when the coal has already burned up. 148lbs at 5’10 is skin and bones. You may need to start eating closer to 2000 calories to get more stimulating effect from amphetamines.

Dang I didn’t know it was that bad cuz I’ve heard mixed reviews.

I genuinely feel so shitty and mentally dead rn.

I wouldn’t be losing more weight but bro I have good ogee curve and still no hollow cheeks😞

I know someone that fried his brain pathways due to getting to a to high dose of adhd meds whilst on glp1

yes ur right I take Adderall but vyvanse and Adderall r in the same family so it wont work for this guy most likely
