Vyvanse for appetite suppression

I’ve struggled with binge eating my entire life and I was wondering if Vyvanse is actually helpful in terms of getting it under control

I'm on day 2 but haven't noticed the hunger suppressing effects as of yet. Methylphenidate seemed to work better for that. But I'm also on a low dose rn

That’s unfortunate, I was hoping I wouldn’t have to rely on a glp because I’ve built a tolerance over time and it gets expensive to up the dose when ordering domestically. What benefit does the berberine offer?
