so 30 was okay and that was what my first thread was about but I tried 60 bc 30 lowk wasnt doing it and hoooly fuck 30 wasnt shit compared to this, no sides no jitteriness just chill mellow deep focus I literally just spent like 2 hrs listening to a podcast on 2x speed about some random philosophy therapy shit then did anki ( SRS flashcard system) for an hour of a half which usually I'd never get even close too done bc its boring as fuck. but man this is top tier imma up it to 70 hopefully when I talk to my phyc again anyway yeah if u have adhd this shit is like a limitless pill what bro say "I wasnt even wired everything was just clear" perfect description adderall is cope in 2025
