Vyvanse reduced effect

Im on it since april 16th
insomnia is 5/10 strong. I rely on my daridorexant to fall asleep. Yet after midday i dont really feel a concentration effect and i get a lot of brain fog and headaches hm is this bad?

I could up the dose from 30 mg to 40 or 60 but i dont want insomnia
it reduced overtime at first i always had concentration now its less
