Vyvanse vs Adderall

Currently on prescription for Vyvanse at 30mg ~daily (occasionally will take a day off)

For people who have been on both - which do you recommend?

i used to get adderall prescribed and i fucking hated it. i didnt try Vyvanse but i can say adderall works but makes you feel like shit

i will never understand how ppl can be prescribed stimulants and blindly trust retarded psychiatrists that skipped half of pharmacology during college, do more research before you fry your receptors.

“frying” is either from
Dosages higher then recommended amount
Bunk product

Can you show anything that supports any evidence of receptors being “fried” in normal dosages? anything that was down regulated will baseline (in normal dosages)

Vyvanse and adderall xr felt pretty similar. i have been on 30mg vyvanse and 10mg adderall xr before and for both the focus effect would spike then be mediocre for several hours. The appetite suppression would last though, so if you are trying to lose weight they might be good. if you care about productivity take short acting adderall. I take 7.5mg and when it wears off i just pop another if i need it and it doesn't fuck up my appetite for the whole day.

this is only my experience though

i barely had emotions i lost weight and i was slower, but it did help me focus a lot
