First week on Vyvanse has been great, This medication has been better for me compared to other simulants such as adderall and methylphenidate. Vyvanse has a longer lasting effect than the methylphenidate, as methylphenidate has a very high peak, while vyvanse keeps the “peak” of methylphenidate but for longer periods of time, even with it toned down.
