I know but it’s not possible with my skull size

like this was 2 months ago like still mid ascending and my skull has always been big. It literally looks like the raw milk +raw honey= holy height picture

Anyways I’m getting marpe and if it doesn’t help my lip to nose I’ll just get rhino and for pfl well I’m hoping marpe will do something but I doubt it so I’m going to get some kind of eye surgery
