I'm thinking of making a website where you can get a clip of some one and you pay like 1 dollar then you get get a bp edit of that person but I have to make it different for everyone should I pay a random Indian to make the edits? Would people buy it?

You will be 100% reliant on word-of-mouth and/or SMM, with probably very little retention and shit margins given how little you charge.
Your sales volume will also need to be extremely high to make up for the fixed costs associated, assuming that you don't have amazing margins because you're charging a literal dollar per service.
