Working 9-6 in a shitty depressing office without any fresh air, sitting and staring at a computer and not moving for 8 hours, having less than 6 hours sleep everyday and eating shitty processed food because i don't have time to plan and make my meals, not having time to do looksmax routine, getting stressed out due to retarded coworkers and fat balding incel boss shouting at you

All that for barely minimum wage :lul:

Over tbh ngl

Unless you're making 100k+ working a job that isn't stressful, the next best thing is to be a NEET.

that's beginner tier wagie. the real turbo wagecucks breathe fumes, particulates, fibers, are exposed to vibrations, loud noises, constant beeping, the scorching sun and work backbreaking manual labor under time pressure :owo:

3rdworldcels are lucky to get a bowl of rice for 12 hours of potentially dying or getting dismembered :owo: hopefully they get to raise one child to replace them for their overlords before they get lung cancer or go blind :owo:

Thats what i'm trying to figure out, its a hard problem to crack. I'm only waging to pay for surgeries to looksmax myself, but by wageslaving i'm looksminning myself :feelsuhh:

Why tf do you wageslave like that for barely minimum wage. Atleast make the $ worth your time.
I work 7:30am - 5pm (plus 3 hours of commute daily) but atleast I’m making $90k a year. I hope to switch to remote work from home in a year or so.

Anyway, I agree. It is impossible to workout/exercise and eat well while wageslaving an office job. Or really have time to do anything beneficial for yourself. I’m in the same boat as you now but there’s no way I continue for too long. Remote working is the new future so you can have time for yourself and needs

In UK everyone is paid barely minimum wage regardless of qualifications or industry, only route to more money is more seniority but we are talking 10+ years to break past a 30k salary in virtually every industry.

I guess the only way around it is to wilfully underperform at your job and be very strict about screen time breaks, rest breaks and lunch breaks. Also work out before work so you put your best energy into yourself instead of your wageslaving.

Because i did terribly in school and basically have no qualifications or experience so i can't really ask for a higher salary. Its so hard to get remote jobs especially without any experience, I would need to go to uni first most likely, which i only plan on doing after i get at least 1 surgery and become a HTN. Thus, I am stuck in the wageslaving cycle :feelswah:

Idk my job allows me to leanmax and tan since it's somewhat manual labor and outside. Aslong as I have sunscreen it should be okay, fuck office jobs though

Eat raw cheese and fruit in the day, then prepare a healthy meal in the evening brother. Maybe batch cook, every three days. Personally, I eat raw cheese, fruit and drink raw milk most days. Then beef liver and oysers couple times a week. Average £5/day on normal days and £7 if I have oysters. This works fine for me in university.

University and work are very different. I don't even have time or will to cook, let alone do anything i want. But i will try batch cooking on the weekends, seems doable for me

I don’t really see any jobs advertising 30k+ salaries that don’t require 5+ years of experience in their specific industry

In almost all finance and Investment banks you are starting with at least 25-27k or even more

Did you start norwooding from stress? Eye bags from lack of sleep? Unstable mood from no breaks?

Office jobs make you soy and effeminate.
