Its the only time I go outside and talk to other people. They talk about lots of stuff, local stuff that is not on news. Sometimes you get insider info but the accuracy is circumspect. Some stories are interesting to listen to and most importantly, it passes the time. I learn about whats happening incertain areas of my city that I would never guess if I was a shut in.
