its recession, there's nothing much you can do about it, you can try boosting collagen, or even filers but imo if you want to get rid of it just get surgery. Infraorbital rims + saddle, blepharoplasty or even fat grafting will help.

Short term fixes, collagen boost healthier lifestyle, but the actual problem is from recessed orbitals so you would either need to get infra orbital implants or a fat graft could work as it doesnt migrate like filler and only needs to be done once, talk to your consultant and he will see if its saveable with fat graft or if you need implants
