I thought my waist was going to be bigger today since I broke my fast last night, but as it turns out it's actually shrunk by 1 cm. It's now 72 cm, which is only 3 cm away from my ultimate goal of 69 cm!
This is the smallest it's been for almost a year. It's the same size it was at new year when I weighed 69 kg (I now weigh 72.7 kg because I've put on some muscle mass).
