Nothing, they would have the same effect as a normal dose. Not sure if a extremely high dose gives Serotonin Syndrome

Serotonin is not a love chemical, that's oxytocin. And they don't block they just accumulate it in specific regions of the brain so they don't get reuptaked so you stop being sad
