Ive always woken up not bloated but after bulking and cutting now I now wake up bloated and weigh less at night than in the morning. I eat around 1000-1500 calories with a maintenance of 2500 doing 30 mins of cardio a day. Any fix to wake up not bloated and have morning skinny?
