waking up in the middle of the night from gh

its currently 4:30am, I've been up since 3am. every single night since hopping on gh (3 days ago) ive woken up in the middle of the night usually thirsty asf. unlike the other nights, I literally cannot fall back asleep right now. pls help. gh users gtfihhhhh

keep a water bottle next to your bed, to get better sleep use like 5mg melatonin. mark as solution please
