Waking up loop in dream

This has become a reoccurring thing now for me.

I’m dreaming then wake up in bed, then dream then wake up again and continue to dream and wake up again. All this whilst being in the same dream.
It’s like in the dream I’m fighting be awake.

I’ve even had it where the loop continues for like 10 times in a row and when I actually wake up I’m confused as fuck.

Anyone else get this?
