Waking up mad

I don’t know why, but more times than less I am angry. Maybe it’s because my looks, maybe it’s a personality things, or maybe it’s something else. Idk what it is but I just wake up on the edge. If my mom or sister say anything that wouldn’t usually upset me, I still get upset. Does anyone else experience this and know what it is? I feel so jumpy at people with the shortest temper ever.

I always dream about being a chad so when i wake up and look in the mirror its like the nightmare has started again
