I wanna lose weight and go for a walk for like 30 minutes. My parents tell me that i look like some weird guy if i walk alone but I dont have any friends to go outside and it makes me feel uncomfortable going out. Guys did you have this situation and how did you handle it?

just exercise at home and when you go to a place take the longer routes so that you walk more
