Yes that's curry central. Birmingham, Luton and maybe some towns near Manchester like Oldham and near Leeds like Wakefield. Some parts of London too ofc.

Go random towns up north and you won't see that much.

That's true. But mainly concentrated in east. The curries you see in central are likely to be tourists btw.
