Simply walking about 2 hours daily, burns like 500 calories while being super easy on your body, it just feels so effortless. The biggest downside is time and it can maybe be boring

Tbh, but not anyone has the means for it, while anyone can walk without any training, assistance

It makes you feel super winded and like you are about to die when you have no breath left. With walking you have zero negative sensations

walking, sprints (some sports like soccer, tennis, squash also fit here), a martial art + some weight lifting is the ideal routine for peak aesthetics. marathon runners (peak jogging) look like shit for a reason, also very bad on your joints.

Yeah but it takes less time
Time is not a problem for me at all cause i walk with friends while chatting around the city, i don't even notice im walking and burning calories while with other activities like running, you are conscious that you're doing it just cause it's a cardio
