go on 2 hour long walk in the woods throughout the day have a big dinner of red meat before bed. Do not use incel sites and forums or socia media before bed, they are too stimulating, instead watch some gaming content or read a book. 99% chance you will pass out and sleep adding these into your life. Alternatively getting a job will also fix your insomnia.

Yes this is fine as long as you replenish your glycogen with some carbs and do not use incel socia media after or during the nightwalk. Ideally though your circadian rhythm will fix that you will want to fall asleep at 9/10pm
