I wanna start mewing and breathing through my nose 24/7 but it’s always clogged in a way where it’s not fully closed, but breathing though there is nearly impossible, anyone have tips on how to unclog my nose indefinitely?
I have already tried certain medicine and sprays

two things causing this
1. having small airways
2. having small airways in the nose

mse or bimax should help and your insurance should cover since its for health and not necessarily cosmetic
