I myself have a theory that might be true. Africans hundreds of years ago willingly sold slaves to usa (confirmed to be true). Most of the slaves sold were criminals, retards and unfunctional members of society that the tribe would be the least sad to get rid of.

Of course good people, smart people etc also got into the mix. But most of them were outcasted by their own tribe. These african americans today are the descendants of such people. Also the lack of education (also affects whites of usa) and being born in high crime neighbourhoods has caused this weird society where there are way too many violent retards.

This breeds more hate and more violence between citizens. This is why the american police are also so violent compared to other nations. Its becoming a part of american culture. Really the only way of fixing it would be to have free education and prove to children that crime is not better than school.

Often people get stuck in the loop of fast money from selling drugs and doing robberies, but this desentizes them to violence from a young age and then they grow up and do a mass shooting because they got mad. Or shoot someone in the head over a argument on the street.
