the thing about smoking is that it slowly but surely ends up consuming your entire life (like any drug, duh), from the moment you wake up, to the time you sleep (if you manage to sleep, since the cravings WILL NO DOUBT get so big you wont even get enough rest as it is, until you stop).
i dont remember the last time i slept well, all bcs of this fucking drug. the thing about sleep is that you have to get a full night's rest, you cant just sleep two hours now and 4 hours later, and that sucks.
i cant engage in nothing srsly bcs of the nicotine. even as i type, i already want to put a cig in my mouth ''to cool it off'' or wtvtf...
to really, actually stop forever, i know every little compulsion i have (eating like shit, neeting my way through life, half assing everything) would have to come to a hault and be substituted for another, healthy, longevity behaviour (jogging, doing sports, drinking water, all boring stuff) or else it will all go to shit sooner or later.
