I think it's just cause love is something everyone craves and needs and a lack of it is obviously painful, frustrating and infuriating.
Especially if you feel like or realize it's caused by characteristics one can not change (BP).

Infants can literally DIE from the absence of consistent care and love.

Babies suffer severe harm and in more extreme cases even death, when consistent consistent human care is not given adequately, EVEN IF all their physical needs like water, food, shelter etc are met.
