Full and comprehensive research mitigates risk to a huge extent. Its not about money, rather trust in the doc through experience. Shit is not always cheaper because its inferior, but sometimes due to location, equipment, staff median pay, rent, etc you get it.

and shit is sometimes more expensive not because of superiority but because of hype and location.

but fairplay, tbh rates are most certainly in majority of cases indicative of standards and experience. That doesnt mean you wouldn’t find similar or better procedures at a lower cost elsewhere. You pay the cost of doing your own legwork in much deeper details. Rather paley or whoever you could just walk in, put on a precise stryde and walk out (well in a wheelchair) and be good.
