Lmtn, Finish Accutane and get the skin fully clear first. Put on 5–10 kg of quality muscle, stay relatively lean, and experiment with the haircut (slightly shorter sides, more volume on top, cleaner around the ears). The stubble isn't doing much rn, so either shave it or grow it out properly. Your structure is already solid enough that hardmaxxes wouldn't even be on my radar.
