many people here can't afford a surgery because they are still students who can't start working before they get their high-school diploma or university degree.

my advice is to take a student loan, in fact banks offer loans to students who needs money to pay university fees and the rent.

Banks can give you up to 30k (you could even get a maxillofacial surgery) and you will start paying the loan after you finish your studies and start working.

1. create fake instagram account using photos of ewhore (I have an album of 800pics of the same girl with nudes and shit)
2. start posting on reddit gone mild (lots of cucks) ,and link my ig (which will seem legit as I will use bots from nulled,com to get like 4k followers)
3. coax reddit cucks into buying a premium snapchat (I have snapchat apk so I can send saved pics as if i am sending it live)

OR post on /r/ablowjob for you, and dirtyr4r and tell people I can meet them If they pay for my train ticket which is approx 50$.

The only problem is my paypal account has my full name, address which I cant remove. So firstly they have to be dumb enough to send the cash to someone with a guys name, and if they get pissed

however you need real nude photos to create a successful profile... stealing photos from a random Hungarian/Bulgarian/Serbian pornstar/nudes model would be better
