Hey man i got you let me right something up real quick
you look pretty good already you have a decent base
The biggest issues i see currently and how you can fix them;

• eyes - too much upper eye lid exposure and not enough under eye support implants and fat grafting will help
• nose - dorsal hump from side rhinoplasty will fix it
• chin - a bit too recessed a genio will fix it
