Want to get on fin, but also don't want the sides of fin

It's fucking scary... so many people reporting a dead dick, shrunken balls, even permanently impacted mood

my hair is thinning so bad and i feel fin is my last hope but holy shit i'd rather have a working dick than have hair... but at the same time the sides aren't a given so i'm caught between a rock and a hard place

anyone else in the same situation?
