Want to get surgery for my deviated septum, but there is a problem...

...my nose is crooked because i broke it when i was younger, but in my country my insurance only covers my surgery if your breathing is severly affected by it. Now my septum makes it so my i can breath less through my right side but it i feel like it isnt enough to convince the doctor to get me the surgery.

Should i exagerate my breathing problem or will they be able to notice that im larping?

yes, exaggerate. they have no way to prove it plus they want you to get surgery because the insurance pays THEM
