Want to leanmax but its very hard

I used to be lean when i was active bit now that i have to sit at one place for work its hard to leanmax although i lift everyday to maintain bf but still its hard

Ask for your boss a standing desk, or just be active during your pauses. If you go to your workplace by walking, do it by running
