IT. I'm working one data entry job and a customer service company for a perfume company.

The one data entry job is really good. I make 5k per month alone on that. But the extra 2k per month from the customer service job is okay.

People call in, there is a team of 3 people with me. And we pretty much just wait until someone calls in about their order and we help them with it. Calls take like 2 minutes all the way at most to like 10 minutes (for refunds).

Some days I don't even have any calls! So I just answer a few company emails, which aren't a lot and I can do a weeks worth of emails in one day. So at first I was watching Netflix on one monitor and waiting for calls on the other.

My other job I got later, and is degree/career related and I have to attend Monday morning webcam meetings. But it's pretty laid back. I receive data which I have to codify and enter into the databases and that's it.

It depends on the work environment tbh. If your first company is crazy busy and there's a lot of micromanaging from managers or peers then I wouldn't do it. But if it's super laid back then you're chilling. Get that second job bro

If you're apart of the latter, then many customer service positions and at home call centers. If you land one job after a long time of searching, then find a hobbie like photoediting or videoediting and crank out projects on fiverr.

if you are in a western country, signing up for an agency and working in a warehouse is your best option if you need cash quickly, because they pay weekly, and if you are a young male with limited skillset (99% of this site) they pay the best. also no socialising.

if you want to make serious cash, you need to get OUT of dead end jobs fast though. only when you are earning the equivalent of 50k usd plus can you consider yourself successful and start enjoying the finer things in life.

There really isn’t going to be anything you can do to save tens thousands of dollars but working a part time job will help you put a few dollars in your pocket.

If I was your age I would be a huge crypto or forex geek. I wouldn’t even waste my time on stocks. You’re wasting your time unless you have a large amount of capital to start with. Your returns are going to be meaningless.

But crypto, NFT’s, and forex is way more volatile and you can reap in big gains even if your principal investment doesn’t amount to that much.

But don’t act like you don’t need a job when your in high school cause they will help a tonne as work experience. For instance I’m in IT. My high school job was at a tech repair job, “computer solutions expert”, cause I had the hobby of building gaming computers. And that people I met there helped me get my second job.
