i am a 17 y old boy, i know my starting point is not very good but i want to reach atleast mmtn, what do u think would work for me?
I already have a basic skincare, i hit gym 5 times a week, i drink a lot and trying to eat whole food, i am now at 3700 calories a day.

You can cut rn but I wouldn't do a big calorie deficit since your still in development

im mid puberty nd i barerly eat nd i dont work out. im skinny as hell basically. what can happen???

Eat in a slight calorie surplus asap

In Puberty Nutrients are essential and if you don't provide you can't develop properly

That basically means you will be really recessed

Nice physique but your huge biceps are making you look unproportional and making ur clavicles look small, maybe its just the pose? id prioritize shoulder and lats

Imo it is just the pose, w a front double bi my bis look tiny but w that they look huge
