Yes it could work, I'm working on my own extension of his theory, I need to 3D print some stuff and i'll start making reports on it. If it succeeds as much as I hope it will I'll make a guide & share the models I'm working on.

Commisuroplasty was made for burn victims and isn't treated as an aesthetic procedure, if it was as simple as that then there'd be no point in doing this. It also leaves scars 99% of the time

Nice I really look forward to that because I myself am trying to find out a way to fix this with no surgery ofc I don’t expect it to be comfortable though. I just feel like there has to be a way and if you do find it out I’ll be there for sure

Right that’s reasonable giver the narrower noses I would assume any other race for example African would be a bit wider then. This ratio is pretty detrimental honestly more than I would think

you're right because the appearance of the nose has nothing to do with the appearance of the mouth.

Any results I’ve seen from “lip stretching” are just people consciously stretching their lip corners. No actual result.

On the other hand, there’s mse. But again, there’s no guarantee that even that will do anything, especially if your palate is already standard.

Lip width was mostly decided by prenatal t (I may be wrong). The lower your prenatal t, the wider and fuller your lips would be.

All looksmaxes related to lips will be temporary. PDO, PCL, Stretches, filler etc. It's not possible to have a permanent result on the lips. So any result can be considered a result in my books
