But didn't warm up properly and I pulled some muscle in my neck during neck bridges. Now I can't turn my head to the right without wincing in pain like a bitch. It's beyond over for my pencil neck.

over for us... I feel like neck is mostly genetics lol like my airways are so small even muscle wouldn't add that much to it.
