Its a military pact between a lot of western countries
And basically whats important is there is a pact between them, if one country gets attacked all the other nations have to help defend it

Thats why u saw Canadians, British, Heck even Estonians and Romanians under ISAF in Afghanistan

Large-scale recruitment isn't necessary if you have those numbers, and draft isn't necessary (and nor would it be widespread if it has been reinstalled).

Dems do have a problem with Russia, but they have a problem to nearly everything against their viewpoints (and Russia is a convenient thing for them). Besides, most aren't taking the Anti-Russian allegations seriously to fuel this warpush.

US armed forces personnels + NATO forces personnels = why need a draft? You do know that Turkey is also a regional military power and it's close to Ukraine by the way of the Black Sea.
