warm vs cold undertone as a Med

I have a cold undertone (not too cold tho, near to neutral i think), should i use beta carotene and lycopene to get a more warm undertone? i dont like to tan, never liked that, i have Med pheno and idk what to do cause dark hair+dark eyes contrast better with a lil fair skin but sometimes i feel like cold udnertone makes my face a little red on the cheeks easly if exposed to cold/hot temperatures or if i sweat.

so, should i try to get a warm undertone?

If you have blue eyes, every single molecule that you've typed becomes irrelevant and you should get warm coloring
