do not take creatine, specifically creatine monohydrate unless you are a gymcel, if you are just trying to be lean, taking creatine will make you BLOATED and have a gut, if you currently take it stop taking it immediately and watch how your bloat levels go down within the next few days, the benefits are not as important as you think you’ll be able to do 1-2 more reps than you usually do and look a little more fuller because of the water you retain, however it’s not steroids so you won’t see anything too crazy, just eat well and keep your protein intake high, progressive overload and sleep well.
how is that not a problem, why are you cutting in the summer, you have all fall and winter to bulk bro, also creatine isn’t gonna help with your bulk you’ll have maybe like 1-2 pounds more of water weight MAX.
