My empathy is extremely high, even slightly impractically so. But it certainly helps my ability for acting classes since empathy is fundamentally the ability to place yourself in someone elses shoes, not specifically related to feeling bad for others as many think but moreso being able to percieve and adapt a different persons entire worldview and mindset.

I would say mine also is very high, which helps me understand how nature and the world work and how irrelevant it actually is. Although when I was younger I really felt sad for anyone who felt sad or smth, but now I have a way better conception of everything

Thing about morals and empathy is that it's not something you choose to follow, the entry angle that I would actively choose to restrict myself with empathy and morals is inherently inaccurate since that is just my wiring instead of something I built. Everyone has their own morals to what they feel is good vs bad, not everyone has empathy, but neither thing is changeable.
