MSE EXPANDER help

I have a narrow palate, my ortho refused to give me expander This is my palate. I have braces for around year and half, my teeth were absolutely crooked so it helped me so much This my face without any fraud so all could see the bigonial width which is not that bad imo. Typical narrow prettyboy...

what about

MSE, MARPE, and even FME to an extent are dangerously said on this forum to be great for looks. the truth is they should only be done in extreme moderation, carefully, by the best professionals, and only for people who REALLY NEED IT TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP GOOD!

IF YOU SLEEP FINE, STAY AWAY FROM MSE. if you need mse, do not expand over 4-5mm unless ABSOLUTELY needed, and even then, keep in mind that you will probably look worse by doing so.
