It's just due to skin thinning, the skin gets thicker when you stop using it

I now have a permanent blood vessel there idk how to explain it I’m German, but it looks like the picture below, NOT MY PIC BTW so don’t freak out, the only way to fix it costs like hundreds of euros, thanks now I hate myself even more, hydrocortisone does absolutely nothing used it for 3 months, had a routine and shit, only thing that worked was injecting lipolab into my nose.
