Skin picking discorder aka dermatillomania is linked to OCD autism and ADHD, it’s nothing like your typical nail biting, it’s a disorder where you pick and chew your own skin and essentially, practice self-cannibalism. It’s a OCD-discorder and can be found in autism and ADHD. I am diagnosed with three.
I can’t even begin to describe my stims which are vocal as well as physical stims, and a lot of various things which are too brutal to mention.
Being neurodivergent is hell on earth guys, it’s not cool.

It took me immediately when they noticed the severity of my stims and my hands, within months. They saw the awful state i was in with my hands.
