The problem with shit is, it gets you addicted to feeling normal and having no anxiety. And then when the effect wears off and you start missing the state of mind you were in that's when the depression hits hard.

1. I was born with no harmony, which mainly can't be fixed.
2. By the time i get the surgeries I will be done with uni with 0 meaningful relationships and that fucking eats me on the inside.

Idk if this is a serious question but you already have withdrawal symptoms and alcohol won’t make it better, tomorrow you will be worse if you drink. Just stay sober for the next days, every day the symptoms will get weaker anyway
