The only way I don’t binge is to make food disgusting to me. Specifically snacks and candies. I probably shouldn’t had done this because of the possible health complications I could of had(felt like my stomach was a nuclear reactor), but in the end it’s getting me on track. The other day I consumed 2 family size bags of chips(again), 2 cakes, a large bag of m&ms, and a meal at Chick-fil-A. Now I’m left with no desire to eat anything, but my mother later asked me to eat. “Oh great, brócoli and chicken”, I pondered. I tell you not, the food before didn’t do a single hit of damage to my intestines until I had finished those mini shit trees and starts a chronic stomachache that lasted all night and extended all the way to the evening of the next day. Breakfast? No, im about to die. And now I’m left with the edging vomit caused by the thought of food. I should be good eating bland food for the rest of the year at least and get to my desired body fat:Comfy:


yes I did gain substantial amount of fat, it was going to happen anyways.

Yeah, but I only got leaner because of growth spurt
The longer you stick to a good diet the easier it gets

helps if you're busy too you dont think about eating

I should probably write myself a meal plan, it would make these less hectic in my brain
