I miss my pre/elementary school years from 2006-2012. I was probably a part of the last generation of kids to have a childhood where smartphones/tablets didn't exist yet (technically they did but they weren't really widespread). Everyone in the neighborhood knew each other and we'd all be playing outside till the sun went down. Playing games on the Gamecube, Xbox, xbox 360, wii, ds. Good times man
I've grown up without them but was still shit tbh, never had any friends despite best efforts and was already isolated2023 is a blank year for me. Legit cannot mentally recall a single event that happend to me or on the news that year. I remember many events from 2021, 2022,2024, and obviously 2025.

My childhood was like that at first, I was bullied a lot in kindergarten and 1st grade. Then we moved to a different, much more modern city before second grade and I got way more friends.
